Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
We accept returns for defective products only.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for non-defective products, including size issues, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.
Return Window:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any defects or issues.
Eligible Returns:
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Items that arrive damaged during shipping
• Misprinted or incorrect products
Non-Returnable Items:
• Products in perfect condition that you no longer want
• Items purchased in the wrong size or color
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges.
If you received a defective product and need a different size or color, we will process a return and refund for the defective item. You may then place a new order for the correct item.
Shipping:
All product prices include shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at info@dailydoseofyah.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and photos of the defect or damage
3. Our team will review and approve eligible returns
4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
5. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement
Please Note:
Returns are processed in accordance with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner's policies. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective based on inspection.
